City Plan Developments is part of the City Plan Group of companies founded and managed by Mark Jewell.
The Group was formed 4 years ago to undertake small to medium sized residential land and housing developments in the South East Queensland region.
We have completed a number of successful developments on the Gold Coast since our formation and are now actively seeking new opportunities.
